So many other things you have been doing that I think are cute and adorable.... You like to see letters and numbers and I bought you some magnetic ones for the fridge --- you think they all say Max --- whenever you see letters you point and say Max Mommy, Max! Specifically if you see the letter M you are pretty dang sure it says Max!
One thing you started doing a few months ago was climbing yourself in the rocking chair and singing "Rock -A-Baby, rock a baby over and over ---- it is really adorable and you will just sing and sway your head side to side.... I have video of this and you are so cute doing it!
One topic I should mention is your pacifier -- we call it your binky - you have always called it "Bah" --- Some kids take to pacifiers and others don't -- you have always been a binky baby --- you would collect them from all over the house and walk around with one in your mouth and one in each hand. We used to play with all your binkys and put them in your toys and you would carry them around and play with them like they were toys. The funniest was when you had them all in front of you at once and you would put one in, suck on it a few seconds, spit it out and put in another one, over and over again ---- it was quite entertaining! To go to bed now, you always want two binkys, one in your mouth and one in your hand. They don't let you have your binky very often at school, and some parents are so worried about weaning you off of it --- but I am not so worried about it - you really like it and it's your comfort object when you are upset or sleepy. You understand now that you don't have to have it all the time and that "Bahs - night night" that you can have them when it's time to lay down. You have gotten into counting lately and can clearly say 1...2....thweeee! and when you have more than one of something you say you have two - so you'll say "two bahs mommy!" When you throw your binky in the car you ask me "Mommy, where'd Bah go?" and I tell you that you threw it and its bye bye and you say Bye Bye Bah? and usually I will dig around in attempt to find it or to give you another one.
One phrase that you started over the summer --- probably about June or July that was just adorable was "Oh no!" you were very dramatic about it and it really started when you got into the Toy Story Movie that we had recorded for you on DVR ---every time it got to a commercial break you would become pretty upset and say ohhhhhh noooooo! Ohhhhh noooo! where'd buzz go? ----- until someone fastforwarded it! At school you said it all the time and the teachers all thought you were so adorable saying OH NO! alll the time ---when you dropped food or made a mess -- oh no!
Frosty the Snowman --- was the movie of the month of December --- It was my idea one night to have a movie night and sit down and watch and you LOVED it, and it was over and you said again? You came to love this movie and there were many parts that I had memorized and you did as well.. You said Frosree, Froschee, and you would say hat mommy hat! you didnt like the magician and you always said "messy messy messy" with him ---- which led to in the car one day saying this phrase when you spilled your gold fish --- oh no mommmy --- messy messy messy! --- and when I would tell you your room is a mess you would say MESSSY! One day last week you came in my room - which was apparently not living up to your cleanliness standards and you said mommy - room Messsssy! it was quite amusing though it made me feel a little bad! You liked Santa on the movie, and you liked when the kids laugh and sang songs! ---- You requested this movie SOOO Much over the Christmas holidays and would sit and watch it as many times as we would let you - you liked when frosty threw snowballs, and when he counts you would count with him and say 1, 2, 3!! When they go through the town for a parade you would get excited and say Parteeee! and when they got to the traffic guy who says STOPPP you say Stop! along with him!Nana bought you a singing frosty the snowman this year after Christmas and you drove Mommy and Daddy crazy pushing the button over and over as the song started over and over --- and it was loud! You love to dance to music period, playing music, anything that involves a beat you like moving your head and shaking your bottom!
