It's a boy!

So since I last wrote we had a 3d ultrasound done and they said baby Putonti is a boy! We are excited and had fun at the gender reveal party announcing the news to everyone the day before my birthday. Lots of friends and family were there to celebrate with us!!!

My birthday flew by and Max's is approaching quickly. I can't believe he's gonna be two. My baby is growing up before my eyes. So funny things he's done lately ... Today I kept him home from daycare on my day off just to spend some time together. He wanted to watch Barney all day ... I caved a little but made him turn it off finally to play and sing songs. He loves music and is learning lots of motions to the songs, he does itsy bitsy spider, clap your hands, wheels on the bus, row your boat, his favorite is ring around the Rosie and he tells me Rosie mommy come one! Rosie! So adorable how hard he laughs when we fall down... Today I sneezed and he looks at me and says "bess you mommy, bess you ". Then he came over to me and kissed me and smiled at me .... I seriously almost melted. I can't believe how stinking adorable my kiddo is ! Later we went and met daddy for lunch and he slept on the way. I turned down my music and just listened to him breathing and snoring. He's still a miracle and still my baby to me!! Later on the car ride back he sneezed and coughed and said bess you max before I could even say it. It was funny.

We went to nannas house to play and somehow he learned stay because when it was time to leave he said stay nanas house stay mommy. So cute. Yesterday after I picked up max from daycare we were talking about his birthday party and he was listing off all the people who would be coming and he says and nick, and after I tried to tell him nick lives far away he mumbles and caffron ... I said huh? And he says caffrin ... I said huh again and he said caffrin mommy! And I realized that he finally said aunt Catharines name ! So cute caffrin!

There sure are a lot of uncertainties in life, lots of confusing things, lots of worries, stress, but it is so wonderful how this little boy brings me down to the things that truly matter. He is impressed by simple things, like laughing by running around with the clean laundry saying helping mommy helping ! And putting underwear on his head and his neck, throwing socks across the room and saying touchdown!, and just smiling at me because hes a happy little boy... I am so so so blessed beyond measure . I never thought being a mom would be this cool... This fulfilling. Wow

We put storage cubes in his room together the other day and he was crawling thru all the holes saying under under ! Today he was dancing to a song on a commercial singing to himself saying turning turn turn turn turn as he spun in circles. His pop pop came over for a short visit and when he tried to leave max told him no pop pop, stay! Stay pop pop!

What a great day today! Winter blast came in today and its bitter cold supposed to be in the twenties and cold all week!
